紫外線((UV)消毒技術(shù)
紫外線消毒在食品飲料行業(yè)的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景十分廣泛,包括對(duì)生產(chǎn)原水、過(guò)濾水、以及直接用于產(chǎn)品配料和稀釋的水進(jìn)行消毒。
在瓶裝水和各類飲料的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,紫外線是保障水質(zhì)微生物安全及水質(zhì)口感的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。
在果汁和飲料的制造過(guò)程中,紫外線消毒能有效保障產(chǎn)品安全的同時(shí),減少傳統(tǒng)巴氏消毒帶來(lái)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成份的流失。
膜過(guò)濾前保護(hù),將紫外線消毒系統(tǒng)安裝在GAC過(guò)濾器與RO膜前,有助于改善GAC過(guò)濾器與RO膜的性能并延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命。
脫氯應(yīng)用中,紫外線被用于降解食品飲料水中的殘余余氯以保證食品飲料用水的口感及純凈。
臭氧在食品飲料行業(yè)應(yīng)用:
·水處理:臭氧廣泛用于各類生產(chǎn)用水的消毒,包括飲用純凈水、礦泉水、飲料生產(chǎn)用工藝水等,它能有效殺滅水中的細(xì)菌和病毒,同時(shí)氧化去除水中的異味、色度及部分有機(jī)污染物。CIP(就地清洗)系統(tǒng)也常引入臭氧水進(jìn)行管道和設(shè)備的最終消毒。
·空氣消毒與凈化:生產(chǎn)車間(如加工區(qū)、灌裝區(qū)、包裝區(qū))、潔凈室、冷庫(kù)等對(duì)空氣質(zhì)量要求較高的場(chǎng)所,利用氣態(tài)臭氧進(jìn)行空間消毒滅菌,能有效降低空氣中的微生物數(shù)量,控制交叉污染,并能去除生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的異味。
·表面消毒:臭氧水或氣態(tài)臭氧可用于生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、儲(chǔ)罐、管道內(nèi)壁、輸送帶、工器具以及員工工作服的消毒。
·食品直接接觸與保鮮:臭氧水可用于水果、蔬菜的清洗,不僅能殺滅表面微生物,還能在一定程度上降解部分農(nóng)藥殘留。對(duì)于肉類、禽類、水產(chǎn)品和蛋類等食品,臭氧處理有助于減少表面微生物污染,延長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)品的貨架期和保鮮期。

紫外高級(jí)氧化技術(shù)(UV-AOPs) 在食品飲料行業(yè)應(yīng)用
·生產(chǎn)用水深度凈化/處理
去除微量有機(jī)污染物:食品飲料生產(chǎn)用水(如純凈水、工藝用水)中可能存在的痕量農(nóng)藥殘留、內(nèi)分泌干擾物(環(huán)境激素)、藥物殘留以及其他新興污染物,常規(guī)處理工藝難以有效去除,UV-AOPs則能通過(guò)強(qiáng)氧化作用將其降解。
去除異味物質(zhì):飲用水中存在的土臭素(Geosmin) 和2-甲基異茨醇(2-MIB)等致嗅物質(zhì),會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響水的口感和品質(zhì),UV-AOPs能有效氧化分解這些物質(zhì)。
控制消毒副產(chǎn)物(DBPs):傳統(tǒng)氯消毒可能產(chǎn)生三鹵甲烷(THMs) 、鹵乙酸(HAAs)等消毒副產(chǎn)物,UV-AOPs不僅自身不產(chǎn)生這些DBPs,還能有效去除水中的DBPs前體物(如天然有機(jī)物NOM),從而從源頭上控制DBPs的生成。

典型飲料生產(chǎn)用水處理
原水→砂濾/炭濾→精密過(guò)濾/超濾→UV或臭氧消毒(作為初級(jí)消毒)→RO反滲透(若需純水)→UV消毒(作為最終或二次消毒) →UV-AOP→過(guò)濾→UV消毒→使用等

The ONYX-Extrem-GY medium-pressure series is a compact medium-pressure UV reactor capable of treating large water volumes. It can be used in applications where space is limited and water quality, taste, flavor, or odor are critical.
It meets the water disinfection needs of clean production applications such as protein purification, amino acid analysis, biomacromolecule analysis, cell culture, and DNA/RNA extraction and purification.
It is suitable for applications in power plants, cooling water circulation, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences.
EX-UPW-TOC UV TOC System
The EX-UPW-TOC product series is an advanced and reliable system for total organic carbon (TOC) degradation in ultrapure water (UPW) production. Through enhanced 185nm transmittance, real-time UV intensity monitoring, and local/remote intelligent control, it achieves efficient, safe, and controllable TOC degradation.
